Modest in size, equipped with a kitchenette including hot plate, dishwasher, and washing machine. Rooms include a home theatre system, plasma television and large window, offering abundant natural light. 

One bedroom residence (700 sq.ft.): View Floor Plan 
Well equipped kitchen with storage space, drawing room, and bedroom with an attached bathroom. The residence also accommodates a washing machine and dryer along with a work station as a study desk. 

One bedroom residence (1100 sq.ft.):  View Floor Plan 
Spacious accommodations with a drawing and dining area which further extends to a balcony sit-out. A large bedroom offers wardrobes, and an attached bathroom with a bathtub as well as a shower cubical.

The master bedroom provides a walk-in closet, and two attached "his and her" bathrooms, with one of the bathrooms accommodating a bathtub and shower cubical.
