The childhood of Lord Krishna is full of his mischief. His stealing of butter lovingly earned him the nickname of 'MAKHAN CHOR'. It is said that while his father Vasudev was taking the newborn to Nandgaon across the Yamuna River, the river started rising and did not subside till it touched the Lord's feet.
