Description
Gold in the form of Suvarnabhasma, a finely micropulverised colloidal from, selectively accumulates in the lysosomes of the synovial cells of inflammed joints. In addition, Gold inhibits prostaglandin synthesis and interferes with complement activation. 

A combined effect of both Yograj guggul, and gold in Rhumayog with gold preserves joint structure and prevents further progression of the disease and further damage.
