Kottakkal Ashta Churnam

Ashta Churnam is first-rate in vata-gulma and easily cures stomach ache, indigestion, grahani and loss of appetite. This is reputed in children’s diseases caused by evil spirits.

Dosage of Kottakkal Ashta Churnam :

May be taken with shatpala or other ghees with meals or in buttermilk boiled with dry ginger and curry leaves before meals.
