Do's

• Consumption of garlic and ginger is useful.
• Prefer warm water for drinking and taking bath.

Don'ts

• Avoid food causing constipation.
• Avoid rice, sour things and fried food.
• Avoid exposure to cold wind and rain.
• Avoid cold water bath and consuming ice cold water.
• Avoid going to bed immediately after food.
  
• Avoid day time sleep.
• Avoid spending sleepless nights and suppression of natural urges.
